Every classroom kit includes the robot hardware, lesson plans, a printed teacher guide, spare parts and access to our online documentation. Multi-seat bundles are packed so each student group has the components they need for the project.

Yes. Individual robot kits, vision modules and controllers are sold separately. The classroom bundles are designed for schools that need six or more seats, lesson material and support.

Classroom and STEM Lab kits include lesson plans and project workbooks aligned to introductory robotics, programming and electronics. Makerspace bundles focus on open-ended projects with onboarding support from our team.

Most beginner kits can be assembled in about 90 minutes with no soldering. More advanced kits, such as the humanoid and robot arm, take between three and six hours depending on experience.

No. Our kits are designed to be solderless. You will only need common tools like a screwdriver, pliers and a computer with a USB port. Each kit lists the exact tools required in its assembly guide.

Beginner kits are ideal for middle school and up with adult supervision. Intermediate kits suit high school students, hobbyists and introductory engineering courses. Advanced kits target university students, makers and developers comfortable with Python, ROS or embedded systems.

Bearbot shares selected files, build guides and example firmware to help makers learn and modify their hardware. Not every design is released under an open license. Check each product page for the exact files and license terms included.

Our kits work with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi and ROS-compatible controllers. Example code is provided in Python, Arduino C/C++ and Blockly-style environments where applicable.

Bearbot hardware is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period and exclusions are listed on each product page. Replacement parts are available through our store for out-of-warranty repairs and upgrades.

Unopened kits can be returned within the period stated at checkout. Opened or assembled kits may only be returned if they arrive defective or incomplete. Contact support with your order number to start a return.

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping options, delivery times and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Yes. Schools, universities and makerspaces can request a formal quote with net terms and consolidated shipping. Use the contact form or email our education team directly.

In-stock items usually ship within two business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Lead times for large education bundles are shown on the quote.
